Fernando represented us on both the buying and selling side of our new home purchase process, and I cannot recommend him enough for his knowledge, expertise, and professionalism throughout the whole process. On the selling side, Fernando evaluated our property to ensure that we had extensive information on similar sales and listings, in order to put the right sales price on our house. Again, he lined up all of the inspections and necessary information to ensure that our house sold quickly, even doing research to pull the permit records from the county for an addition that was done by the previous owner! Once our house went on the market, we got a ton of interest and Fernando worked to get us multiple offers to consider. We ended up selling our house within a few short weeks, and he ended up getting us more than our asking price! Again, he expertly navigated the escrow and close process and kept us up to date every step of the way. If you’re looking to buy or sell a home, I highly recommend Fernando as your agent.
